Glyphs

This range is the maximum value that the glyph can increase a stat's value by and not the amount it actually increases the stat by. The actual value of the glyph is determined by the tier and the quality of the product you are in awe of it.
The majority of upgrade components that are slotted into items cannot be repaired or replaced without dismantling the gear in question, unless it is legendary equipment and upgrades. If you have a rune or glyph you do not want to use, but it hasn't been applied to gear yet, you can move the item to another piece by us ing the Upgrade Glyphs menu within the Glyphs Panel.
